Refund Policy
In short: because our playbooks are digital downloads, we don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If there's a problem with your purchase, message us and we'll sort it.
Digital playbooks (free guide, Rung 1, Rung 2, Rung 3)
Our playbooks are PDF files delivered instantly through Gumroad. When you buy, you agree that the download starts straight away, which means the usual 14 day right to cancel no longer applies once the file has been downloaded.
So we don't offer refunds once a playbook has been downloaded. If you bought by mistake and haven't downloaded the file, email us and we'll refund you.
If something's wrong, message us
If a file won't open, is missing, or isn't what was described, contact us and we'll fix it. That might mean a new file, a corrected version or, where it's right to, a refund.

Rung 3 calls
Rung 3 includes two 1:1 calls. If we're unable to provide your calls, we'll refund the Rung 3 price in full.
Rung 4: the Content Machine
The Content Machine is a service agreed one to one. What's included, the price and the payment and refund terms are confirmed with you in writing before you pay.
Your legal rights
None of this affects your statutory rights. If a product is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Gumroad. Any refund goes back to the original payment method through Gumroad, and can take a few working days to appear.
