These terms cover buying from and using The Online Money Ladder, run by a UK based sole trader. By buying a product or service, you agree to them.
What we sell
- Free starter guide and Rung 1, 2 and 3 playbooks: PDF guides sold and delivered through our payment provider.
- Rung 3 also includes two 1:1 calls and ongoing messaging support, as described on the product page.
- Rung 4, the Content Machine: a one to one service. Its details, price and terms are agreed with you in writing before you pay.
No guarantee of results
Our guides and services teach a method. We can't guarantee any income, sales, followers or other results. What you get out of it depends on your own work, your idea, your market and factors outside our control. Any figures we share are examples or our own real numbers, and they aren't a promise of what you'll make.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price shown is the price you pay: no VAT is added.

Support and messages
Support levels differ by product, as described on each product page. We reply to messages ourselves and aim to be helpful, but we don't promise a response within a set time unless the product page says so.
Your licence to use the guides
When you buy a guide, you can use it for your own learning and your own business. Please don't resell, share, copy or publish it, in full or in part.
Not financial advice
Our content is general education about building an online business. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice. Speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to purchases made after the date above.
